I’m Kelly Kannwischer—executive coach, leadership strategist, and author dedicated to helping leaders thrive with clarity, courage, and deep connection. Whether I’m guiding a CEO through a pivotal decision, equipping a church board for healthy governance, mentoring a 20-something stepping into her first job, or writing about spiritual rhythms that ground a meaningful life—I bring decades of experience and a deep belief in the power of intentional leadership.
My work includes Leader on Board, a guide for church boards to lead with clarity and shared purpose; The Bethany Life, a book and blog on building countercultural community; and Clear to Launch, a coaching program that helps rising professionals step boldly into their calling. My heart is with Wonderfully Made, a non-profit I cofounded with Kitty Correll to cultivate community for adults with intellectual disabilities.
At the center of it all is my calling to be a trusted thinking partner—helping people live and lead with purpose.
My Story
​I’ve always been drawn to moments of transformation—that quiet shift when clarity breaks through, potential ignites, and someone steps boldly into who they were made to be. Whether in a boardroom, a coaching session, or a church kitchen filled with laughter and flour, I’ve seen how lives and organizations change when leaders choose to live and lead with intention.
That’s the thread that runs through my work—as an executive coach, nonprofit strategist, author, and founder. I work with high-capacity leaders and teams around the world to help them convert hidden potential into deployed passion. My clients include Fortune 100 companies like Amazon Web Services and Target, as well as values-driven organizations like Convoy of Hope and MagMutual Insurance Company.
As an ICF-certified executive coach, Insights Discovery Licensed Practitioner, and Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE), I bring both practical frameworks and a deeply relational approach to my coaching and consulting. I help leaders clarify vision, align teams, and create impact that lasts.
I’m also the cofounder of Wonderfully Made, a community for adults with intellectual disabilities that combines belonging, creativity, and entrepreneurship. At our day program in Atlanta—housed inside Peachtree Church—our Wonder Makers express their joy and purpose by baking cookies in a professional kitchen that smells like heaven and radiates love.
